Study Conditions

The User authorizes the referral hospital to process their personal health data for the purpose of resolving health queries, providing online medical care, and specialized follow-up in accordance with the medical assistance or telemedicine service offered through the Famba Application.

The User authorizes Hospital Clínic de Barcelona to process their personal health data for the purpose of participating in a scientific research study in telemedicine for the prediction and prevention of diseases and confirms that they have been able to ask and resolve any questions they may have regarding this matter.

The User authorizes Hospital Clínic de Barcelona to process their personal health data for the purpose of using or communicating it to third parties within the framework of other studies and/or scientific research projects that require information on diseases related to international health and other studies and/or projects for health research purposes, particularly biomedical research.

We remind you that you can withdraw your consent at any time, without affects the lawfulness of the data processing carried out before the withdrawal. However, if you withdraw your consent to the processing of your health data to provide you with the personalized medical assistance or telemedicine service, we inform you that, in that case, we will have to stop providing you with said service. Please review the additional information on the processing of your health data for each of the purposes and in accordance with the consent you have authorized.
